At Thrive Gymnastics, our mission is simple: to help every child fall in love with movement while building the foundations of a healthy, confident life.
Our programmes combine quality coaching with fun, creative classes that children genuinely look forward to each week. We believe every child deserves the chance to discover what their body can do — and to feel proud of every step forward.
All our coaches are fully qualified, DBS checked, and passionate about child development. Small class sizes mean every child gets the individual attention they deserve.

EVERY STAGE
Three carefully designed programmes, each tailored to the developmental stage and abilities of your child's age group.
Thrive TWINKLES
A magical introduction to movement. Our youngest gymnasts explore coordination, body awareness and social confidence through play-based gymnastics in a warm, nurturing environment.
Thrive TOTZ
A playful introduction to real gymnastics skills. Children develop balance, coordination and confidence on floor, beam and basic vault in small, supportive groups.
Thrive KIDZ
Exciting and challenging classes with tumbling, bars, beam and floor work. Children progress through structured levels, building real gymnastics ability and unshakeable self-belief.
